It’s All About That Base
Focusing on traditional techniques, we truly believe our dough sets us apart. The pizza base is really the star of the show when it comes to Neapolitan pizza.
The scientific balance of 4 simple ingredients; flour, water, salt, yeast. The long proofing time of 24-48hrs together with the speed of cooking (90 seconds) at temperatures of 450 degrees Celsius produces a crust that is light, chewy and easy to digest. Whilst being packed full of flavour, you won’t be left feeling bloated or heavy after you eat our pizza.
Highlighting Ingredients
While the dough is the foundation, we believe in not mixing too many toppings in order to let the quality and flavours of each ingredient shine. Neapolitan pizza, in essence is uncomplicated.
We have replaced traditional toppings with high quality vegan alternatives that are near indistinguishable to their animal based counterparts.
We use quality Italian tomatoes, local QLD produce and Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil on all of our pizzas in a variety of mouth watering combinations. Including the originals the ‘Marinara’ and ‘Margherita’ to our more creative the ‘Magic Mushy’ & ‘The Queen’.

What Are Your Cheeses Made From?
Our cheeses are completely nut free, they do however contain soy and coconut. We use fresh mozzarella made in Melbourne and the most cheezy cheese sauce. And yes they are 100% VEGAN!
