    Our passion is to bring authentic hand made Neapolitan style pizza to the world with a 100% plant-based twist. To us, the essence of Neapolitan pizza is all in the dough and the cooking method, together with fresh seasonal toppings. Truth be told, the most authentic Neapolitan pizza is VEGAN. The Marinara is packed with flavour; topped with tomato sauce, fresh garlic, oregano & extra virgin olive oil. No cheese or animal products to be found.
We aim to use simple, tasty, fresh, seasonal and where possible local ingredients with no compromise on quality, flavours or textures.
 
        
        
      
    
    IT’S ALL HANDMADE FROM SCRATCH
I’m Tarunya, the founder and head pizzaiolo who learnt the hand craft of Neapolitan pizza in Naples, Italy. From there the passion of pizza was born and there has been no turning back. Our pizza dough is a labour of love. The dough is made in the traditional way and all our pizzas are individually hand stretched, topped and cooked at 400C-450C.
Adam is our head baker, he cooks all of your pizzas to perfection.
